Is this really a kidney? Some on here have said its a dermoid cyst? Thats unbelievable if thats a kidney; The kidney is approximately 11–14 cm in length, 6 cm wide and 4 cm thick, so this is incredibly enlarged!!!!!!

That was pretty awesome regardless if a organ or cyst, the patient should be in better health without that alien-like mess inside them.

Would have ben really cool if the surgeon threw it at a intern and bounced it off their head and splattered them with the inner goo.
