It's like bird legs! That's interesting. I wonder too if it can be corrected. They might be able to take out his knees and reposition the insides around some prosthetic. I've got a prosthetic elbow in my left arm from being hit by a van when I was 6. Tyre crushed it up. Maybe where he's located there are no specialist available or its too costly.
