When he holds still you can see the knife move with his heart beat so the sack around the heart is probably slowly filling until the heart can no longer move and is smothered in its own juice. Then its fade to black. Wish I knew what they were yelling but I am guessing they are trying to remember what the number is to dial 911. Dough!  |
