Those pics are not long after the surgery. I'm not sure how old the following picture is but I'm sure it's years after and his face has had time to heal and adjust. I'd say he looks way better now than when he was disfigured |

it's interesting that they did a partial transplant instead of the whole face. i hope it's nice for him not to have an open nasal cavity anymore.

A prosthetic nose might have been better. He looks like a human carp now.
