Ischial Pressure Sore
A large transposition fasciocutaneous ('bulky skin') flap with the added advantage of perforators entering it to close an ischial pressure sore after excision of any offending infected bone. Probably doesn't feel a thing as he most likely got the pressure wound because he is a para or quadriplegic thus no feeling at all.
