ah, i remember this one. She sent a request to the president, asking if some hospital could inject poison into her. The request was denied, because such is illegal in France. Couple of weeks later, she hung herself, I think

Fuck france and all countrys that do not allow euthanasia

I can't imagine anything in the nose being inoperable. Unless she just let it get so far and so bad that it had wormed it's way into her brain cavity into an area that isn't a good idea to touch.
