Injured Hand
The skin markings over the distal forearm are for the superficial veins in preparation for vein graft harvesting. This should be done before exsanguinations of the limb and inflation of the tourniquet.
Injury detail wasn't provided on site. Looks to me that his fingers were simply badly lacerated as no fractures are present. Maybe some bladed device?

Injury details not given, it was from a wound management site that only described surgery.
