I had this done on both big toes last year. Mine were no where that bad, but the process was nothing to be afraid of...no pain at all.

How does one let it go that far? I hear ingrown nails are painful that even the weight kf the bed sheets will bring in the pain

I've had surgery for this, but they cut my nail in half and removed. Didn't help at all
