This is a case of swelling on neck, movable swelling, with ulcer present on tip, actually its ruptured sebaceous cyst on neck. It was made ruptured by candidate by applying Neem leaves and burning skin by hot fomentation. Sebaceous cysts need to be excised off completely, when incised & drained and capsule remains inside chances of reoccurrences are there.
