The drugs could be of poor quality, the spoon could have been dirty, the user most likely didn’t use alcohol on the injection site or a myriad of other unsanitary practices can cause major infections like that. The thing that gets me is that kind of degeneration comes over weeks and months, not just a few days… it was let go for a while before they sought treatment..  |
