Infected Wound of the Finger
This is an old neglected infected wound by trauma by nail while cutting crops, no proper treatment was taken and you can see infected wound with bone exposed. Such exposed bones & tendons are difficult to treat and they get infected or necrosis sets in some. So proper cleaning & debridement need to be done. Pus was coming out when pressure was applied.
