Earlier in the video, you will see infected scrotum, if any injury is neglected, bacteria invades causing inflammation in scrotum leading to closing of lumen of arteries - this condition is known as obliterating arteritis, ultimately causing fournier's gangrene. Treatment includes debridement, intravenous antibiotics, skin grafting, or implantation of testis in thighs.
