Not to sound 'After School Special' or anything, but all it takes sometimes is someone having sugery, dental work, etc then being prescribed narcotic pain killers. An addiction happens and when the patient/person is no longer prescribed the medication they use SELF MEDICATION. That is just ONE of the many reasons. They are humans self medicating. Filthy, diseased people sadly, yes. But you never know who's in YOUR life that holds the needle.
