If in USA then it's our great health care system....or lack thereof for many....

Yeah yeah, I know, there are so many countries out there that need their citizens to be trained but then they'll have to shell out medical insurance and since they are new, they are sure to be sued!

I hear Brazil has great plastic surgery, must be why a lot of the gore posts are from there, those are the "oopsies" from the freshmen who are learning anew.
