India - Accident Victim Left To Die On Hospital Floor
"A horrific incident has been reported from Kushinagar district indicating that the healthcare system in the state of Uttar Pradesh is in ICU. A video has emerged from Kushinagar district hospital showing an injured accident victim lying on the floor and covered with blood. What was more shocking was that no hospital staff did not care to attend to the injured patient whose blood was licked by a stray dog roaming in the corridors of the hospital."
