I'm wondering if he picked at his scalp a lot, but there are a lot of people who have trichtotillomania and don't get anything like that. So it almost looks like his skin is cracking. |

Those pictures were taken between 1999 and 2002 by George Georgiou who worked in Kosovo and Serbia.Terrible asylums,Kulina and Stamnica

having spent a good amount of time at state-run psych hospitals its just crazy (for lack of a better word) to see what happens when the mind breaks.
