I was asked to post this for the person as they wanted to remain anonymous.

I was born with Marfan syndrome. I've had vagal syndrome since I was 3 and when I was taken to the hospital for passing out in the baby car seat with my eyes rolling back in my head and seizing.

That's when they found out I had Marfan Syndrome. As I got older I started developing Pectus Excavatum. It's when the ribs start to flare inward and as you grow it starts pushing your heart and lungs over to the sides. Then you start getting anxiety, and start having breathing problems and sometimes fainting.

Even when I wanted to hang out with family, I couldn't cause I would be to tired to walk around and do stuff, I stay in bed for the majority of the day and only get up to eat or go to the bathroom or just go with my fiancé to the store near the house.

When I went to bigger stores like Walmart is have to ride the electric scooter and I didn't care what they thought. I'm not going to passing out standing to long n walking.

I love watching comedy central and ID Investigation and playing online games, looking at I-Funny and Facebook'ing.

Personally even during sex, when I'm on top I would slowly pass out cause the lack of air. So we'd turn on the fan n face it towards my face. Lol.

I wish that my surgery was recorded but they told me maybe they could get some pictures of it for me... pffft, they brought me back just a X-Ray, it's the one with the 3 bars in it.

I'm still in the hospital right now. The surgery was 3 days ago. Lol, I'm trying to give the back story while they got me on so many shots and pills.

The surgery was done at the Mayo Clinic by Dr.J. on March 18, 2014.

Poor petal, Marfans is terrible. But look at all the famous people who have had it! Perhaps it's an indicator of greatness :) wishing her all the best for a speedy recovery x

Definitely in my thoughts, I worked with a guy who had Marfan's, he was never in full good health.
