Yes gross, but I can say maybe this was an old person, some old people are very stubborn and want no help no matter what, it hurts thier pride. My grandpa was like that, I noticed on day he was in pain while walking, I asked him what was wrong and it tool me awhile to get it out of him, his toe nails were like 2 inches long, he had a plate in his hip so he couldn't bend down to cut them. It took me weeks to convince him to just let me do it for him, it was very gross. That's what this picture reminds me of, an old person who refueses help, quite sad really  |
