I'm pretty certain that there were underlying issues, like that person might have been a paraplegic at the least. Check out the toenails, length and fungus on them all. It's a pretty sad foot case any way you look at it.

there were underlying issues. the person was found in a state of neglect and was unable to care for themself (seen this on another site)
