Ouchies! Your poor friend, hope he/she recovered well???

I feel the image here is made up by someone. Tour tibia and fibia are a lot thinner, there is a hole at the base of that bone that is not present and you can see an irregular line where they've added the bone against the skin. Looks like a marrowbone from the butcher for dogs.
