I ended having another episode. They did find out I have PVCs so I get what feels like extra heart beats that freak me out a few times a day. Nothing that can be done about it. They say it is from scar tissue from when I had the heart attack last November. I still have to get iron infusions every few months with an occasional blood transfusion. I severely hate hypodermic needles and they KNOW and prepare when I come. I will say this, I did decide to lose weight and get healthy. I have also started living and enjoying life instead of just existing to do for others.
