I'm sorry to read of your trouble. Heart problems can be extremely disconcerting. My dad has had 3 heart attacks, a bypass graft and a stent as a result of congenital atherosclerosis. He now has hypertension and is on medication. Your blood pressure is similar to his. Best wishes and thanks for sharing your story  |

The hypertension is genetic in my case, as it is for my son who is only 21. I've seen his BP as high as 180/130. My father (still alive ) underwent a quadruple bypass eleven years ago after having a series of heart attacks. I remember him saying goodbye to everyone before he went in for surgery. When he said goodbye to my son, his only grandchild, I died a little.I hope your dad lives a long and vibrant life Sharon. |
