I was wondering that, that's a huge abscess on such a little creature! I don't know how you can put them under without killing them. Do they make doses for such tiny things?

Damn thats nasty. Must have been quite a large portion of the hamster that was infected, must have been agonizing for the poor little sucker

Good lord, for it to have to be squeezed out like that, that is some old infection. Infection should come out freely, without such force. Poor thing. That didn't happen over night. In all my years of working with animals, that is probably the worst infection to body size I've saw.
