I can't imagine her being very mobile at all in that state.
I remember watching a documentary on a woman who had some abnormality in one leg, making it several times larger than the other. Her body automatically ended up using most of the energy produced from her meals into her massive leg, rather than adding weight to the rest of her body, so she was stick thin, aside for her giant leg. I think she ended up having to have it amputated, so hopefully she's doing better now.
