Yeah, good for him, but I do think he could have gotten much better results with some other doctor. Apparently, Dr Kongkrit Chaiyaste does seem to specialize in plastic/reconstructive surgery. I'm not medical/surgical expert, but it doesn't seem like much was rebuilt in this person's case. When you look at pictures of him from last year, his left half of his face is pretty much non-existent, just looks like a melting mass of flesh. Consider this woman who also had bone cancer of the jaw. While her case may not be as bad as this guy, her surgeons did an amazing job in removing major portions of her face while reconstructing it as close to normal as possible. God-awful job. There are people on here with their face blown to smithereens by a shotgun blast whose reconstruction went better than this... And if the shit results weren't enough, why tf did they have to also take his eye? |
