looks like hydrocephalis(not sure of spelling), literally "water on the brain".......usually easily treated by a shunt to remove the fluid and relieve the pressure......they are letting that poor child suffer.......

The mother said he is a twin... 15 days after his birth (clearly he wasn't born this way) she noticed his forehead swelling.. took him to the doc who diagnoised him with hydrocephalus. The mother can't afford to get the fluid drained, the doctors don't give a shit, so she resorted to bringing it public for help. Fin.
