I had mine removed about a yr ago..sucks..especially when you're older. (I'm 31) They send you home with liquid lortab (liquid vicodin).
had 4, 750 ml bottles of it..

Seen another video around of German or Russian tonsilectomy..they were performing it on a child. in those countries they use no anesthetics..looked brutal/painful.
