Re: How Braces Fix Your Teeth
I only had to have my braces for something like 9 months. I had vampire teeth. LOL The back teeth (top only) all grew in a space ahead of where they should have, which pushed my eyeteeth up above the rest of my teeth. They pulled the teeth directly behind my eyeteeth and pulled the eyeteeth down with the braces. I was amazed at how quickly they worked!

Re: How Braces Fix Your Teeth
I had braces too when I was 15, my teeth were almost as bad as in the gif... my bottom teeth were in a terrible shape so had the braces done for those in February 2005 a couple of months before my 15th and a removable one for my top teeth, then in September 2005 I had my top ones fitted.. then they were all removed in August 2006 when I was 16... sorted the problem out and now I have nice teeth! (No fillings either and I'm almost 24! :P) |

Re: How Braces Fix Your Teeth
I've got the same "permanent lower retainer", ortho said it was the most likely teeth to get out of alignment. Oddly enough it doesn't bother me at all except that food gets caught in there sometimes.
