Housebreaking Suspect Impaled on Fence Spike in East London, South Africa
A man in his early 20s was impaled through the buttocks on a steel security-fence spike while fleeing an alleged break-in at East London Museum in East London, South Africa. The museum's glass door had been smashed, triggering its alarm. Nothing was taken. A tow-truck driver heard the man's screams and called police. Firefighters cut the spike free, and the man underwent surgery. Hospital officials said his rectum and intestines were damaged and that he required a colostomy. He was reported to be stable and remained under police guard facing a housebreaking charge.

You know when he woke up that day I bet he had no idea he would get a metal fence post stuck up his ass by evening.
