I think it's the Philippines and I don't think abortion is legal there. The mother may seem calm because she may have known all about it and what would happen. If you can't abort then women are forced to carry things like this to term.

That was definitely an Acardiac twin. It was never alive to begin with. The basic science behind this is that a set of identical twins begin to form but for some reason one of the twins fails to develop a heart and other major organs. The other healthy twin essentially pumps blood into the circulation of the acardiac twin. The blood contains enough nutrients for the acardiac twin to grow haphazard tissue with little rhyme or reason. The acardiac twin is a parasite on the healthy twin and cannot possibly survive after birth as it does not have functioning CVS or nervous system. The crying and gurgling in the video was most probably the healthy twin out of the video
