Re: Homeless Man Try To fix His Broken Hand
Looks more like Mexico.. If so..this man is more than likely dead by now.. In U.S.A. , If you are homeless/poor/no money etc. and enter a hospital and need medical attention, they can in no way, shape or form deny you medical attention. Unless there is like some "act of god" or whatever that is preventing them from doing so. And even though were on the "Fiscal Cliff" , depression and all..anyone can apply for welfare/medical assistance. just a matter if you qualify or not. Not saying you can actually LIVE off of what they give you..you will atleast be able to get your tooth pulled, doctors exam etc. That guy is in some serious shit there and doesn't even realize it..even if he is a beggar using it to get a few more pesos..Damn man.. And sorry, didn't mean to make that a political post or anything..was just saying.. Seeing that..and thinking how it is here, and trying to imagine the shit this guy is going through..using that arm to beg for a few dimes..(pesos) |

Re: Homeless Man Try To fix His Broken Hand
^^ Does not look like Mexico. The signs all in the background are in English. After a little research I believe this is in Davao City, in the Philippines. One of the businesses in the background, Colasas BBQ, can be seen here: http://ph.openrice.com/other/restaurant/colasas/16701/ And here are some pics, you can see the sign has different writing but the plants and street lights are the same (actually bottom pic has the same writing). |

Re: Homeless Man Try To fix His Broken Hand
Buddy of mine had his arm broke, got drunk tripped over his dog and fell in to a tree. His arm actually looked like that bruising from his chest and neck actually all the way down to his fingers. He has pics actually I can try and fetch them and post them. Horrific! but his swelling is from the ropes down. That is no splint he has created there. Idk,but my guess is he is fucked!
