I'm sure he is cutting major circulation and forming blood clots that are going to kill him..not to mention the infection. He looks like he is also mentally I'll and not realizing the danger he is in.

The original post says he is trying to repair his hand, but, he made that torniquete, probably not knowing any better. He cut off his blood circulation, it appears. Very sad. |

Seen this type of thing before, homeless beggars exploiting an injury for the benefits of begging..... There are so many pics of them out there. One I remember is an young lad who refused to have his leg sown up after injuring it and when it started healing he would tear/rip/cut it back open for the sympathy (and money).

That arm looks riddled with gangrene, cutting off the blood to it wouldn't have helped him much either, I bet that throbbed like a bitch.
