Homeless Guy Laying Next to the Hospital with Maggot Infested Leg
Venezuela, for several days a homeless man was walking in the street asking for something to eat. Now he can not even get up because he has slept a long time on the street while he has an infection on his foot and the maggots have settled on his body to leave him more dead as alive. He lays next to a Hospital but no one cares.

I couldn't handle one maggot crawling on my foot, let alone having a colony of them on there. I hope someone there was able to get him into the hospital for some kind of treatment.

Maggots only feast on dead tissue (actually, it depends on what species of fly)...it's the infection that can develop into sepsis, that he's gotta worry about!!'  |
