First imagine you get attacked on the road somewhere in some dirtbag country and you are already homeless and malnourished and maybe alcoholic or a drug addict. They pound your head with something like a club or you get slammed in the road. You are out for several days or so. Laying on the side of the road or you go to your shack and lay down and go into a coma like state. You are oblivious to the world around you. If you wake at all you are in a fog and barely able to drink water to stay alive. Maybe you even urinate on yourself. No one helps you. Meanwhile your wound rots and festers because it is infected from being smashed on the road. Flies come and lay eggs while you drift in and out of consciousness. And that's what it's like to be knocked down in a third world hell hole. |

that is seriously fucked up and the maggots are not from medical use...they would be within the confines of a dressing if they were..this guy been rotting some place out of it,come round and got himself or was taken to the hospital...next prob how to treat it..shave the head washout the maggots and dead skin .de bride rest of dead tissue/now left with nothing but exposed skull..skin grafts probably followed..obviously the skull was probably damaged and possibly the brain so that got be sorted also...all in all he having a real fucking bad day...
