Hernia Titanica Monstruosa
This 69 year old man has one BIG problem. ![]() This giant hanging sack you see is his scrotum. You see where that tube is coming out from? That's his pee hole and that tube is a urinary catheter. This will give you an idea about the size of his problems. (as if this wasn't obvious enough though) Because of weakness in the tissue or because of obesity sometimes abdominal contents protrude through the inguinal canal (the "tubes" in where the spermatic cords are). ![]() His scrotum is filled with pretty much all of his intestines. Only his rectum and a small part of his duodenum (a part of the bowel) are where they should be. After a failed attempt to help this man with surgery, during the second surgery they succeed to push all the stuff back and close the hole. I can't imagine how many doctors were needed to stuff all those intestines back. Then it looked like this. ![]() Now his scrotum is only filled with fluid and the hole is closed. ![]() I assume they will tap the fluids and cut all the loose skin off and repair his Würstchen. But I doubt he will ever be able to have morning wood again. |

Re: Hernia Titanica Monstruosa
You get an A+ for the title of the thread I’m gonna try using it the next time I refer someone for a hernia and see what the surgeon says |

Re: Hernia Titanica Monstruosa
Like that clearly didn’t happen over night! People get on my nerves when they do not seek medical help for shit like that.
