I doubt thats from a dislocated knee.....I have dislocated my right knee 4 times and my left twice...I hurts like fuck and does swell alot around the knee cap...but never have I had bruising like that??? Also you can pop you knee back into place if your lucky.....depends on how bad you have dislocated it...How far its popped out, and whether it has happened before.

The bruising is probably from both the accident that caused the dislocated knee and the dislocation itself, i've seen dislocation pictures before with bad bruising and CG above says hers bruises. Maybe your not a bruiser  I got it from a site where people submit their own pictures and he said his knee was dislocated and he popped it back in himself. |

My knee dislocates a lot and it does not bruise like that. That one bruised all the way to the foot. When my knee dislocates, there is swelling, and some bruising, but that is a lot more. Oh and putting my knee back in to place is a bitch, but it can be done. Usually i have to have some one grab my foot and pull as hard as they can till it returns to its normal position. I have even had surgery on my knee to help prevent dislocation, but it dont work that well. |
