This ladies boobs just seem pretty nasty looking. There has to be some type of disease going on here that I just can't put my finger on.

Varicose veins? You can get them pretty much anywhere. I had a varicosity on my prostate that would bleed when I jizzed. I know that's what it was because after shooting two pearly loads with drops of blood in them I went to a urologist (are all those guys as personable as Dr. Mengele?) and after he was done fisting my ass and looking at an MRI he came to that conclusion.
