Happy Face Ready For Transplant
No other info. This reminds me of a creature from a horror movie, but, I can't recall the name. It was a triangular shaped thing. ~Courtesy of Strange World~ I think it was, "Basketcase," but, I cannot find a better picture. |

Re: Happy Face Ready For Transplant
WHOA! Is this how they really do face transplants? It just looks like the skin only...I always assumed there was fat layers, muscles, nerves, etc...involved? And the edges around this face aren't very even for attaching to a new host |

That's where I got it. I invited him to join us, but, he is more interested in ghosts and super natural experiences. He does have some great things. There is another strange world on fb as well. I always give him credit for anything he posts. |

Re: Happy Face Ready For Transplant
I think it depends on the injury. Some people who have lost sight and sensation in the face wouldn't need connection to other tissue, but, it's a good point. Also, some people go years with just scar tissue over their face. There was a man who lost his nose and a large part of his face to a severe sinus infection that just got a prosthetic face. |
