I was building a staircase with a friend. We were about 3/4 of the way done and he took over the saw so I could start hanging the stair-joists. I saw him look at his had and loose his color so I jumped down at walked over to him...Almost the same angle as yours but not as severe. I wrapped him in a clean towel and raised his hand up until we got to the E.R. He cut through three arteries and one ligament. He recovered 100% but doesn't build anymore. I finished the job for him because he's a wimp.
