I came back to the USA 3 weeks before delivering my daughter (for those calling BS I had to have a note from my doc to fly, but for medical reasons I had to and she was 2 weeks early) But while in Belgium, England and Germany - during my pregnancy, it's very common to be bare naked for all appointments and or hospital stays. My first OBGYN appt in Belgium the doc just told me to strip and lay down on the table. He didn't even do any kind of exam other than measure my belly. If you go to the L & D floor in most Euro hospitals there are naked-preggo women just chilling out.
As for the muff, she probably didn't even know, you can't even see your toes when you're that preggers.
