This reminds me of a story from years ago somewhere in the US... Some teenagers had found out that a woman would have seizures whenever she heard the sound of Mary Hart's voice (she was the host of Entertainment Tonight, a nightly syndicated magazine show, for many years), so they'd drive by her house and blast Mary Hart's voice. I believe they were eventually caught and charged with disturbing the peace for playing audio too loud from a car.

I suffer from migraines from post concussion disorder and I wouldn't have found it funny. The nerds who did this need to caught and prosecuted and put in jail with some real criminals and not treated like harmless, white collar crime. Maybe that would stop some of these internet geek hackers from trying to make other people miserable.
