Re: Guy Pulls Back Foreskin for the First Time in 5 Years
It's losing popularity because when it was realized that good hygiene was all that is necessary to prevent problems with penises and vaginas, it was also realized that to remove a part of a person's genitals without their permission is nothing less than forced genital mutilation. Unless it is medically required (tight foreskin, etc) then it is definitely genital mutilation. If people want to mess with someone's dick, then go mess with your own dick, but leave little children's body parts alone. I was fortunate enough to have good parents that actually value a baby's right to have his/her body intact, unlike so many, who continue this ridiculous trend of circumcision for personal insecurity reasons. |

Re: Guy Pulls Back Foreskin for the First Time in 5 Years
I was fortunate enough to have good parents that actually value a baby's right to have his/her body intact, unlike so many, who continue this ridiculous trend of circumcision for personal insecurity reasons. I was fortunate enough to have loving parents who made the decision to circumcise me based on the information that was available to them at the time (early 70's). I'm happy with their decision to this day. I am now the father of two boys who haven't been circumsised because of the information that is now available. There are plenty of 'bad' parents out there who haven't circumsised their boys also. Your good parent argument is invalid. |
