when i was a kid I was playing in a local long jump sandpit on a school playing field......someone thought it would be fun to hide a few pieces of wood, complete with 6 inch nails, buried under the sand......guess who jumped on one?........luckily it went thru the fleshy part of my foot....inbetween my big toe and the next toe...but I was "nailed" to the foot long piece of wood....
