Had one. Had it drained at the er because it hurt to walk or lay down. They invited a few staff to watch them drain it. I limped goin in but once drained I could have done flips I felt so much better.

And i think that might be blood clots not fecal matter. I see a lot of similar looking blobs in boil lances and drains on YouTube.
