Video is from a YouTube channel that posts recent videos from conflict going on in foreign countries, usually with U.S troops. As for the man in this video, he wasn't shot, he was hit by a piece of shrapnel, that merely grazed his neck. Later on in the video, (in the full version that you can find on YouTube), he gets back up and continues to shoot.  .....  a "graze"
