It’s 3am Monday morning when a 23 y.o. male is brought in with multiple small calibre gun shot wounds to his back and chest. Sorry, no more info was available.

Unless that GSW was from a fully automatic .22 cal machine gun (highly unlikely) then it's from a shotgun likely loaded with BB Shot or Turkey Shot. It an odd pattern though and quite thin.
