Kimosabe and bujesus got it right. Post-hernia bruising. It's my brothers picture. Tried to gross me out. Bruising or extremely painful air trapped in the cavity can result. Pretty common with guys so it's really information for those that need it in the future. I have a double hernia operation coming up. Can't wait.

Poor kid. I had one at birth, too, but no operation. Waited till I was older. Now, my bowels are popping out again. Yipee.
