Group of Minors Under the Influence of Drugs Using Machetes to Attack Guy
India. A migrant worker was brutally attacked with machetes by minors under the influence of drugs in Tiruvallur district, Tamil Nadu. The victim was dragged to a secluded spot and attacked near the Railway Station. Four accused have been arrested by police. Three are hold in the juvenile observation Center. The victim is undergoing treatment in hospital, condition remains critical. |
