Groin Injury.
Bicycle accident. Brake lever impaled his thigh, missing the femoral by just 2cm and unsure what part exactly impaled his scrotum but somehow missed both testes and any major blood vessels

That's one lucky guy. There's a lot of structures to miss there. And I swear, whatever can go wrong with the damn femoral artery does go wrong 99% of the time.
