I'm on Paxil, I was told about a decade ago by my doctor not to take anything with grapefruit in it. Thankfully, I can't stand graprefruit.

Are you in the US?

I had just posted about this on my FB page today..scary stuff..
I take a lot of meds and I swear they cause side effects which cause me to take more meds!

Oddly, none of my meds were on the list, but, if it helped you or anyone else in this group, I'm happy about that! I had no idea!

Isn't it weird? I heard about drug interactions with grapefruits and I was like "get lost!" but it's indeed the case.

About a month ago, for the first time since I started taking my Quetiapine (an anti-psychotic medication) which was about 5 years ago I actually read through the whole of the leaflet in the box and noticed it said to avoid grapefruit. Luckily I don't have it much but I thought it was strange.
